2. WAN Jobber mixing machine kit must be placed immediately into approved new Jobber location. Locations must be established legitimate business address.
3. WD must complete and submit the online form to qualify for the offer. MM kit orders must include valid ID# indicating MM is part of a WAN MM kit and to be drop-shipped to Jobber at no-charge

5. Applies only when all qualifying products in the program are purchased in one order. No partial orders or return of materials from the WAN MM kit will be accepted.
6. WAN MM Kit placement may not replace existing AkzoNobel accounts / business.
7. By participating in this program, representative agrees that AkzoNobel, its corporate affiliates, and their employees and agents shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participation in this program from any and all liability, of any kind, relating to the operation of the program. AkzoNobel reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time, without notice, before the original end date. If this program is discontinued before the original end date, those participating in the program prior to such termination date will still be eligible to receive the offer.
